Hey all I just wanted to remind everyone to be sure to use their sunscreen. I have included several of them available on Amazon. Just click the link below. Remember the higher the number the more protection. Also make sure to reapply after several hours. Make sure to stay hydrated during these summer months. Dehydration can sneak up on you. To avoid dehydration here are some tips that I found on Google:

Follow these four steps to prevent dehydration:

  1. Drink plenty of water, as directed by your doctor.
  2. Eat foods with high amounts of water like fruits and vegetables.
  3. Avoid or limit drinks with caffeine like coffee, teas and soft drinks.
  4. Avoid or limit drinks with alcohol.

Here are some warning signs for dehydration that I found on Google:

What are the symptoms of dehydration?

  • Feeling very thirsty.
  • Dry mouth.
  • Urinating and sweating less than usual.
  • Dark-colored urine.
  • Dry skin.
  • Feeling tired.
  • Dizziness.
