I finally got the pond working and cleaned out. There was a lot of sludge from debris that fell in the pond. I thought I would add a skimmer but was hesitate about cutting the liner and they seemed so expensive. I saw a video about a floating skimmer so I am giving it a try. This is the one I have purchased. Check back for the reviews.
So, I received my skimmer. I got it installed and so far it seems to be doing a good job. I did have to add a couple of rocks so, that I could keep it from floating. It was easy to unbox and put together. I am including a video of it working in my pond. It does not move around my pond but, I believe that is because of the way my pond is designed, Overall, I give it a 5 star rating.
